Payment and Delivery
1) Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
You may make a transfer (TRY) to our account with IBAN number TR860011100000000155384521.
2) By credit card through our website;
You can shop using the single-payment option with any credit card. For online payments, the order amount will be charged to your credit card upon completion of your order. In the event of order cancellations due to possible order cancellations or stock issues, the charged amount will be refunded to your credit card.
3) Refund of Order Amount
In case your order is canceled for any reason, axukaynak.com.tr will refund the product price to your bank account and/or credit card. However, you must provide our company’s finance department with your bank account details and/or credit card information accurately and completely.
4) Delivery
After the order is completed, it will be delivered to the contracted cargo company within a maximum of 2 business days. The delivery will be carried out by the cargo company as soon as possible. Depending on periods of high volume, delays may occur in the delivery of your order. In order to ensure smooth delivery, please make sure that you enter your address information completely and accurately, including neighborhood, street, avenue, building number, apartment number, building name (if any), district, and city.
5) Payment Tracking
If the system cannot complete the transaction due to any issue, our visitor will be informed of this situation on the payment result page.
If the order cannot be delivered due to an error in the specified address, contact will be established with the person who placed the order using the provided contact information.
Please note!
If you believe that the package has been damaged during shipment, please open and inspect it in the presence of the cargo company representative at the time of delivery. If you believe that the product is damaged, do not accept the delivery and have a damage report prepared by the cargo company.
Once the product has been accepted, it is deemed that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty properly.
If the product is damaged: Please notify us as soon as possible by sending the report you prepared to info@axukaynak.com.tr. Upon completion of these steps, we will initiate the necessary procedures regarding your package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.
If you briefly explain the reason for returning the product in this email, it will help us in our evaluation process.
