Oxy-Fuel Cutting Torches
Oxy-fuel cutting torches are essential hand tools used in oxy-fuel welding and cutting operations. Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):

Fire and Explosion Risks:

- Clean combustible materials (paper, oil, solvents) from the area before welding.
- Place a “Hot Surface” warning sign on hot parts after the process.
- Gas mixtures pose an explosion risk; never heat the cylinders or leave them in the sun.
Ventilation and Respiratory Hazards:
- Welding fumes and gases cause respiratory diseases and poisoning.
- The area must be well ventilated; use local exhaust systems or masks (N95 or higher).
- CO₂ buildup in enclosed areas can cause asphyxiation.
- Smoke measurements should be taken regularly; chronic exposure causes lung damage.
Storage and Maintenance:
- Gas cylinders should be stored upright, in a well-ventilated area, away from flammable materials; full and empty cylinders should be kept separate.
- Hose connections should be leak-free; check them regularly.
- Warning: Protect the tubes from falling; use a chain instead of a rope. During maintenance, turn off the machine.

Return Conditions
You may return your product within 15 days from the date of delivery.
The product you wish to return must be unused, in its original box/packaging, and must not have lost its resalability.
You must send the product you wish to return together with its original invoice, by filling out the form at the bottom of the invoice and clearly stating “Return Request” on the form.
At axukaynak.com.tr, returns are accepted only for products that have not lost their resalability. If you specify the reason for return on the form or request an exchange, the product price will be refunded to your account.
Once your return shipment reaches us, it will be examined by our returns department. The amount of your cancelled order will be refunded to the credit card used for payment within seven business days. The reflection of the refund on your statement may vary depending on your bank.
Return Procedure
Step 1: Fill Out Your Return Form
Fill out the “Return Request Form” located at the bottom of your invoice. Clearly state your refund request on the form.
If the invoice of the product is issued to a corporate entity, the return must be sent together with a return invoice issued by the company, calculated as “Product Unit Price + VAT” and excluding shipping costs. Returns for orders invoiced to corporate entities cannot be completed without a return invoice.
Returns are accepted only from the person who purchased the product.
Step 2: Place the Product in Its Original Box
Place the product you wish to return in its original box. Your return will be accepted provided that both the product and its packaging are in the same condition as received, with their originality intact and without losing their resalability.

After axukaynak.com.tr receives your return package, the products are checked and your payment is refunded to the credit card you used for the purchase. You will not be charged any additional fees during this process.
Feedback for Used Products
In cases of issues encountered as a result of use, the process is carried out through our evaluation procedure. The product you request to be returned for examination is reviewed by our Product Review Department. The review period ranges from 15 to 30 business days. As a result of the review, the evaluation status will be communicated to you through a review report prepared by our team.
