TPS 400 User Manual
1) Usage Instructions – Product Features
- Used to attach the grounding cable to the workpiece in welding machines.
- Impact resistant.
- Because it is spring-loaded, it attaches to the workpiece very quickly.
- The cable lug is made of copper material and is nickel-plated.
- It is made of special alloyed brass casting and, thanks to its alloy, can be used without any problems at the rated current.
2) Safety Warnings
- Protective gloves and a welding mask must be worn.
- The grounding cable – pliers connection must be made so that the cable cannot come loose from the lug.
- Ensure that the grounding clamp is securely fastened to the workpiece.
- The clamp and cable connections must not come into contact with water.
3) Primary Purpose
- The TPS 400 is used as a grounding clamp for welding operations. It should not be used for any other purpose.
4) Packaging and Shipping
- TPS 400, 50 pieces per box. Must not be removed from its packaging during shipping and storage.
5) Assembly and Disassembly
- The cable connection is made using pliers and a cable lug.
- The insulation of the part of the cable that will remain inside the boot must be completely stripped. If a cable with sufficient cross-section is not used, the cable end must be folded to fill the inside of the boot.
- After the welding cable is placed inside the boot, it should be tightened with the boot clamp.
- The cable-connected lug must be securely fastened to the clamp using the provided bolt.
- To disassemble, perform these steps in reverse order.

Once the product you wish to return reaches us, it will be evaluated by the authorized team, and you will be informed when your return is completed.
Return Conditions
You may return your product within 15 days from the date of delivery.
The product you wish to return must be unused, in its original box/packaging, and must not have lost its resalability.
You must send the product you wish to return together with its original invoice, by filling out the form at the bottom of the invoice and clearly stating “Return Request” on the form.
At axukaynak.com.tr, returns are accepted only for products that have not lost their resalability. If you specify the reason for return on the form or request an exchange, the product price will be refunded to your account.
Once your return shipment reaches us, it will be examined by our returns department. The amount of your cancelled order will be refunded to the credit card used for payment within seven business days. The reflection of the refund on your statement may vary depending on your bank.
Return Procedure
Step 1: Fill Out Your Return Form
Fill out the “Return Request Form” located at the bottom of your invoice. Clearly state your refund request on the form.
If the invoice of the product is issued to a corporate entity, the return must be sent together with a return invoice issued by the company, calculated as “Product Unit Price + VAT” and excluding shipping costs. Returns for orders invoiced to corporate entities cannot be completed without a return invoice.
Returns are accepted only from the person who purchased the product.
Step 2: Place the Product in Its Original Box
Place the product you wish to return in its original box. Your return will be accepted provided that both the product and its packaging are in the same condition as received, with their originality intact and without losing their resalability.

After axukaynak.com.tr receives your return package, the products are checked and your payment is refunded to the credit card you used for the purchase. You will not be charged any additional fees during this process.
Feedback for Used Products
In cases of issues encountered as a result of use, the process is carried out through our evaluation procedure. The product you request to be returned for examination is reviewed by our Product Review Department. The review period ranges from 15 to 30 business days. As a result of the review, the evaluation status will be communicated to you through a review report prepared by our team.
