Flame Arrestor Safety Valves
Flame arrestor safety valves are safety devices that cut off the gas flow in the event of a flame flashback. Flame Flashback Safety Valves allow for easy replacement of welding and cutting equipment and help reduce preparation times in production. They play a crucial role in minimizing risks that may occur in welding and cutting systems.

Being made of stainless steel prevents easy wear and tear in applications where frequent removal and installation occur, thus maintaining long-lasting sealing performance.
To prevent incorrect hose connections by users, the coupling dimensions are designed differently depending on the type of gas, in accordance with EN 561 / ISO 7289 standards. Additionally, colored O-rings are used on the couplings to distinguish the type of gas, raising user awareness and preventing incorrect installation.

1) Check Valve, Flame Arrestor Safety Device
The spring inside the flame safety valve is constantly under pressure, preventing gas flow in the opposite direction. This design stops gas backflow at both low and high pressures, preventing gases from mixing in the hoses and forming an explosive combination.
2) Flame Arrestor Filter
The gas flow pressure releases the tension on the spring, opening the valve and allowing gas to flow toward the burner. A special flame arrestor filter made of sintered chrome-nickel inside the safety valve captures any flame reflected from the burner, providing an additional layer of protection against flashbacks.

Return Conditions
You may return your product within 15 days from the date of delivery.
The product you wish to return must be unused, in its original box/packaging, and must not have lost its resalability.
You must send the product you wish to return together with its original invoice, by filling out the form at the bottom of the invoice and clearly stating “Return Request” on the form.
At axukaynak.com.tr, returns are accepted only for products that have not lost their resalability. If you specify the reason for return on the form or request an exchange, the product price will be refunded to your account.
Once your return shipment reaches us, it will be examined by our returns department. The amount of your cancelled order will be refunded to the credit card used for payment within seven business days. The reflection of the refund on your statement may vary depending on your bank.
Return Procedure
Step 1: Fill Out Your Return Form
Fill out the “Return Request Form” located at the bottom of your invoice. Clearly state your refund request on the form.
If the invoice of the product is issued to a corporate entity, the return must be sent together with a return invoice issued by the company, calculated as “Product Unit Price + VAT” and excluding shipping costs. Returns for orders invoiced to corporate entities cannot be completed without a return invoice.
Returns are accepted only from the person who purchased the product.
Step 2: Place the Product in Its Original Box
Place the product you wish to return in its original box. Your return will be accepted provided that both the product and its packaging are in the same condition as received, with their originality intact and without losing their resalability.

After axukaynak.com.tr receives your return package, the products are checked and your payment is refunded to the credit card you used for the purchase. You will not be charged any additional fees during this process.
Feedback for Used Products
In cases of issues encountered as a result of use, the process is carried out through our evaluation procedure. The product you request to be returned for examination is reviewed by our Product Review Department. The review period ranges from 15 to 30 business days. As a result of the review, the evaluation status will be communicated to you through a review report prepared by our team.
