Flame arresters are safety devices that shut off the gas flow in the event of a flashback. Flashback Arrestor Valves enable easy replacement of welding and cutting equipment and reduce preparation times in production. These valves play a vital role in minimizing the risks that may occur in welding and cutting systems.

To prevent incorrect hose connections by users, and in compliance with the connection requirements of standards EN 561 / ISO 7289, the coupling dimensions are designed differently depending on the type of gas. Additionally, colored O-rings are used on the couplings to help identify gas types easily, raising user awareness and preventing incorrect installation.

1) Check Valve and Flame Arrestor Safety Device
The spring inside the flame safety valve is constantly under pressure, preventing gas flow in the opposite direction. This design stops gas backflow at both low and high pressures, which could otherwise cause gases to mix in the hoses and create an explosive hazard.
2) Flame Arrestor Filter
When gas pressure flows through the system, it releases the spring tension, allowing the valve to open and direct gas flow toward the burner. A special flame arrestor filter made of sintered chrome-nickel inside the safety valve captures any flame reflected from the burner, providing enhanced protection against flashbacks.

Return Conditions
You may return your product within 15 days from the date of delivery.
The product you wish to return must be unused, in its original box/packaging, and must not have lost its resalability.
You must send the product you wish to return together with its original invoice, by filling out the form at the bottom of the invoice and clearly stating “Return Request” on the form.
At axukaynak.com.tr, returns are accepted only for products that have not lost their resalability. If you specify the reason for return on the form or request an exchange, the product price will be refunded to your account.
Once your return shipment reaches us, it will be examined by our returns department. The amount of your cancelled order will be refunded to the credit card used for payment within seven business days. The reflection of the refund on your statement may vary depending on your bank.
Return Procedure
Step 1: Fill Out Your Return Form
Fill out the “Return Request Form” located at the bottom of your invoice. Clearly state your refund request on the form.
If the invoice of the product is issued to a corporate entity, the return must be sent together with a return invoice issued by the company, calculated as “Product Unit Price + VAT” and excluding shipping costs. Returns for orders invoiced to corporate entities cannot be completed without a return invoice.
Returns are accepted only from the person who purchased the product.
Step 2: Place the Product in Its Original Box
Place the product you wish to return in its original box. Your return will be accepted provided that both the product and its packaging are in the same condition as received, with their originality intact and without losing their resalability.

Feedback for Used Products
In cases of issues encountered as a result of use, the process is carried out through our evaluation procedure. The product you request to be returned for examination is reviewed by our Product Review Department. The review period ranges from 15 to 30 business days. As a result of the review, the evaluation status will be communicated to you through a review report prepared by our team.
