Alev emniyet valfleri, alev geri tepme oluşması esnasında, gaz akışını kesen güvenlik cihazlarıdır. Alev Geri Tepme Emniyet Valfleri kaynak kesme ekipmanlarının kolay değiştirilmesine imkan verir veüretimde hazırlık sürelerinin kısalmasını sağlar.
Alev Geri Tepme Emniyet Valfleri sayesinde kaynak kesme ekipmanlarında oluşabilecek risklerin en aza indirir. Alev Geri Tepme Emniyet Valfleri’nin Üstünlükleri: Alev Geri Tepme Emniyet Valfleri’nde; sızdırmazlığı tam olarak sağlayabilmek Ürünün özel tasarımı sayesinde daha uzun ömürlü ve daha güvenilir bir sızdırmazlık sağlanmaktadır. Rekorun paslanmaz malzemeden imal edilmesi ile çok fazla sök-tak yapılan işlerde kolay aşınmayı önleyerek sızdırmazlığın uzun süre korunmasını sağlamaktadır.
Kullanıcılar tarafından hatalı hortum bağlantısını önlemek için EN 561 / ISO 7289 numaralı standart, bağlantı şartlarına göre; rekor bağlantı ölçüleri gaz cinsine göre farklı tasarlanmıştır. Ayrıca kullanıcı bilincinin artırılması ve hatalı montajın yapılmasını önlemek amacıyla rekorların üzerinde gaz cinsi ayırmak için renkli o-ring kullanılmaktadır.

2-) Alev Emniyet Valfnin içinde bulunan yay, sürekli baskı halinde bulunduğundan ters yöndeki gaz akışına müsaade etmez. Böylelikle alçak ve yüksek basınçlarda gaz geri tepmelerinden dolayı gazların hortumlarda karışmalarını ve patlayıcı özellik kazanmasını önler. Gaz akış basıncı, valf üzerindeki yayın baskısını kaldırarak valf açar ve gazın hamlaca doğru akışı sağlanır. Emniyet valf içerisinde bulunan sinterlenmiş krom-nikelden yapılmış olan özel alev tutucu filtre, hamlaçtan geri tepen alevi tutar.

You may send your product via cargo by clicking the “product return” button at the bottom of the page and filling out the form. Once the product you wish to return reaches us, it will be evaluated by the authorized team, and you will be informed when your return is completed.
Return Conditions
You may return your product within 15 days from the date of delivery.
The product you wish to return must be unused, in its original box/packaging, and must not have lost its resalability.
You must send the product you wish to return together with its original invoice, by filling out the form at the bottom of the invoice and clearly stating “Return Request” on the form.
At axukaynak.com.tr, returns are accepted only for products that have not lost their resalability. If you specify the reason for return on the form or request an exchange, the product price will be refunded to your account.
Once your return shipment reaches us, it will be examined by our returns department. The amount of your cancelled order will be refunded to the credit card used for payment within seven business days. The reflection of the refund on your statement may vary depending on your bank.
Return Procedure
Step 1: Fill Out Your Return Form
Fill out the “Return Request Form” located at the bottom of your invoice. Clearly state your refund request on the form.
If the invoice of the product is issued to a corporate entity, the return must be sent together with a return invoice issued by the company, calculated as “Product Unit Price + VAT” and excluding shipping costs. Returns for orders invoiced to corporate entities cannot be completed without a return invoice.
Returns are accepted only from the person who purchased the product.
Step 2: Place the Product in Its Original Box
Place the product you wish to return in its original box. Your return will be accepted provided that both the product and its packaging are in the same condition as received, with their originality intact and without losing their resalability.

After axukaynak.com.tr receives your return package, the products are checked and your payment is refunded to the credit card you used for the purchase. You will not be charged any additional fees during this process.
Feedback for Used Products
In cases of issues encountered as a result of use, the process is carried out through our evaluation procedure. The product you request to be returned for examination is reviewed by our Product Review Department. The review period ranges from 15 to 30 business days. As a result of the review, the evaluation status will be communicated to you through a review report prepared by our team.
