Basınç düşürücü, EN ISO 2503 standardına göre, değişken bir giriş basıncını, olabildiği kadar sabit çıkış basıncına göre düzenleyen tertibattır. İsminden ve açıklamasından anlaşılacağı gibi, kullanıldığı yerdeki kaynakta bulunan tüp gaz basıncını, istenilen daha düşük bir çıkış basıncına ayarlayan ve sabitleyen bir valf sistemidir.
ÜRÜN SEÇİMİ
İstenilen gaz akış miktarının ve basıncının sağlanabilmesi için gerekli, birçok farklı tipte ve özellikte basınç düşürücü bulunmaktadır. Doğru bir şekilde, kararlı ve yeterli gaz miktarının sağlanması için ürün alımından önce operasyonel parametrelerin göz önünde bulundurulması gereklidir. Basınç düşürücü seçiminde aşağıdaki kriterlere dikkat edilmelidir:
1. Kullanılacak gaz cinsi
Gaz seçimi sadece bağlantı tipini değil, aynı zamanda basınç düşürücünün iç yapısını ve gaz cinsine bağlı olarak ürünün malzeme uygunluğunu da etkiler. Bağlantılar uygun olsa bile, basınç düşürücünün üzerine üretici tarafından işaretlenmiş gaz cins dışında bir başka gaz hiçbir zaman kullanılmamalıdır. Bu tip uygulamalar ürün hasarına; hatta potansiyel sağlık ve güvenlik tehditlerine neden olabilir.
2.Gaz basıncı
Tüp kısmındaki mevcut basınç aralığı ile basınç düşürücünün çıkışında istenilen basıncın göz önüne alınması gereklidir (Giriş basıncı ve kullanım basıncı). Standart kesme, kaynak ya da tavlama işlemleri için uygun basınç düşürücü serilerinin yanında, özel amaçlı uygulamalar için gerekli yüksek basınçlı seriler de mevcuttur. Basınç düşürücüler, güvenlik sebeplerinden dolayı, kataloglarında belirtilmiş olan maksimum Çıkış basıncı kısıtlamalarıyla üretilirler. Doğru seçim için bu bilgilere dikkat edilmelidir.
3.Gaz debisi
Uygun basınç düşürücü seçiminde sadece gaz basıncı değil istenilen gaz miktarı da bir o kadar önemlidir. Gaz kaynağının kapasitesi de, doğal olarak, göz önünde bulundurulmalıdır. Çoğu endüstriyel uygulamaların gereksinimlerini kapsayacak, farklı basınç düşürücü serileri mevcuttur.

- Before starting installation, the compatibility of the pressure reducer, the type of gas to be used, and the required cylinder pressure must be checked.
- Before screwing the pressure reducer onto the cylinder valve (1), the cylinder valve should be opened and closed briefly and gently to remove any possible debris from the valve opening. During this process, do not place your hand near the cylinder valve and do not stand in front of the cylinder valve.
- If the union gasket (2) on the pressure reducer is damaged or missing, it must be replaced with a new one.
- The pressure reducer must be in the closed position before screwing it onto the tube valve (1). To check this, turn the pressure adjustment screw (8) counterclockwise.
- Using the appropriate wrench, the inlet connection nut (3) must be securely screwed onto the tube valve (1).
- The pressure reducer screwed onto the tube valve must be in a vertical position. (The pressure adjustment screw (8) must face the ground and the pressure gauges must face the user).
- The gas hose clamp suitable for the equipment to be used must be connected to the pressure reducer's hose connection (7).
- In addition to the high level of care and attention shown by designers and engineers in producing a safe pressure reducer, the end user also bears a high level of responsibility.
- Especially in cutting and welding applications, there is a potential hazard due to high gas pressure.
- Contact between oxygen gas and hydrocarbon-containing substances (oil, grease, organic matter, etc.) carries a risk of explosion or fire. Therefore, removing these substances from the environment is the most important factor in creating safe working conditions.
- Mechanical damage to connection parts, gas leaks, and loose parts can cause damage to the system.

Return Conditions
You may return your product within 15 days from the date of delivery.
The product you wish to return must be unused, in its original box/packaging, and must not have lost its resalability.
You must send the product you wish to return together with its original invoice, by filling out the form at the bottom of the invoice and clearly stating “Return Request” on the form.
At axukaynak.com.tr, returns are accepted only for products that have not lost their resalability. If you specify the reason for return on the form or request an exchange, the product price will be refunded to your account.
Once your return shipment reaches us, it will be examined by our returns department. The amount of your cancelled order will be refunded to the credit card used for payment within seven business days. The reflection of the refund on your statement may vary depending on your bank.
Return Procedure
Step 1: Fill Out Your Return Form
Fill out the “Return Request Form” located at the bottom of your invoice. Clearly state your refund request on the form.
If the invoice of the product is issued to a corporate entity, the return must be sent together with a return invoice issued by the company, calculated as “Product Unit Price + VAT” and excluding shipping costs. Returns for orders invoiced to corporate entities cannot be completed without a return invoice.
Returns are accepted only from the person who purchased the product.
Step 2: Place the Product in Its Original Box
Place the product you wish to return in its original box. Your return will be accepted provided that both the product and its packaging are in the same condition as received, with their originality intact and without losing their resalability.

Feedback for Used Products
In cases of issues encountered as a result of use, the process is carried out through our evaluation procedure. The product you request to be returned for examination is reviewed by our Product Review Department. The review period ranges from 15 to 30 business days. As a result of the review, the evaluation status will be communicated to you through a review report prepared by our team.
